The mission of The Learning Curve, LLC is to create a positive difference and significantly improve the quality of life of children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and others, by providing effective and affordable in-home ABA therapy, based on the child’s individual needs. Meet the Team
Owner and Director
Alicia is a Masters level Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a second masters in education with an emphasis in math.
Alicia is a bilingual board certified behavior analyst, certified elementary and middle school teacher, math specialist and founder of The Learning Curve LLC. Aside from managing the day to day operations of the company she also works directly with families on a daily basis providing ABA services to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
Alicia enjoys arts and crafts, Disney World and spending time with her family. She also enjoys using ABA to train her dog Buster.
Nicole is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She has a masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from Georgian Court University and a bachelors in psychology with a minor in behavioral neuroscience from Stockton University. She always wanted to work with children who have special needs and especially loves being able to do that in an individualized, one-on-one type setting.
Ashley has over 12 years of business, revenue cycle and administrative office management experience. She has worked in the corporate behavioral health field for over 7 years organizing and streamlining registration, authorization and billing processes to ensure the company performs at the highest level for the benefit of the client’s and their families.
